Merkl is built to be fully self-serve, but you never have to go it alone. Beyond the platform itself, Merkl offers a set of services for campaign creators: support tiers that scale with how hands-on you want us to be, and add-ons that extend what your program can do.

Standard Support

Included for free with every Merkl client. Standard Support makes you autonomous: understanding how Merkl works, finding your way in the docs, guidance on creating and running campaigns yourself, help with the API, bug fixes, and onboarding calls to get you to your first campaigns. We help you use the tools; we don't use them for you.

Professional Services

For teams who want to stay autonomous but need more than standard support. You keep creating and running your own campaigns, and we back you up closely: a dedicated point of contact, priority support with committed response times, strategy and configuration review, hands-on integration engineering, and priority intervention when something goes wrong.

Managed Campaigns

For teams who would rather hand the program over. You set the strategy; we architect, build, test, create, and renew your campaigns for you on a recurring basis, with dedicated support the whole way. You keep full control of the decisions that matter — and can keep custody of your tokens through wrappers.

Add-ons

Autoclaim

A managed add-on that switches reward distribution from pull to push. Instead of users claiming their own rewards, Merkl claims for them in the background and delivers rewards straight to their wallets, on a cadence and thresholds you define. No user action required, no claim flow to build on your side. Priced as a tiered service fee plus gas passed through at cost.
