What credits pay for

• Point campaigns: see Create and Manage a Point Program for pricing and billing details.
• Autoclaim: charged per claim, at a rate that depends on the chain. See how users claim their rewards automatically on the Autoclaim page.

Your credits sit in a single, unified balance shared across every Merkl service and chain. If it runs out, the affected service pauses automatically and resumes on its own once you top up.

Topping up

Top up your balance from the Credits page in Merkl Studio, or directly from the campaign creation flow when your balance is insufficient.

Send USDC on Ethereum or Base. The minimum top-up is 50 USDC (50 credits).

Your balance updates immediately once the transaction is confirmed.

Credits never expire and are non-refundable: they cannot be converted back to USDC once deposited.

Monitoring your balance

The Credits page shows your available balance, estimated runway, and full transaction history.

The Credits nav item shows a red dot when one of your campaigns is paused due to insufficient balance.
