Credits are the unit of payment for Merkl services.

Credits are currently used to pay for point campaigns. For pricing and billing details, see Create and Manage a Point Program.

Topping up

Top up your balance from the Credits page in Merkl Studio, or directly from the campaign creation flow when your balance is insufficient.

Send USDC on Ethereum or Base. The minimum top-up is 50 credits.

Your balance updates immediately once the transaction is confirmed.

Credits never expire and are non-refundable — they cannot be converted back to USDC once deposited.

Monitoring your balance

The Credits page shows your available balance, estimated runway, and full transaction history.

The Credits nav item shows a red dot when one of your campaigns is paused due to insufficient balance.
